This Tamiya RC kit faithfully recreates the Porsche 911 GT3 CUP VIP racing car. The 911 GT3 Cup was developed for the Porsche Super Cup, a one-make racing series on circuits around the world. The VIP car recreated by this DIY kit was managed by Porsche itself and was driven by invitation by a different driver depending on the race. Its powerful shape and rear spoiler are expertly recreated in durable, lightweight polycarbonate , with separately molded side mirror parts, as well as metalized lighting housings that allow for the installation of LEDs (sold separately) at the front and at the back. Stickers are included in the kit to recreate many sponsor logos and other markings.
The TT-01 Type E chassis positions the motor and battery closer to the ground to achieve a lower center of gravity and optimal balance. It has a 4-wheel drive by universal joints , a 4-wheel double wishbone suspension system and front and rear differentials.
