Lexan Black PS-5 Paint has been developed to meet the specific needs of RC modelers using transparent polycarbonate bodies. Unlike conventional paints for rigid plastics, this paint ensures optimal adhesion and high resistance once applied.
Lexan bodies are painted from the inside, which protects the paint from impacts and scratches during use. For correct application, it is recommended to spray the paint approximately 1.2 inches from the interior surface of the body. After drying, an additional coat can be applied if necessary to achieve the desired opacity.
Once dry, PS-5 paint is resistant to oil and fuels. It can therefore be used safely on both thermal and electric RC cars, even under intensive use.
Each aerosol contains 100 ml of paint, a quantity designed to allow the complete finishing of a standard RC body. The spray can packaging ensures even spraying and makes the job easier, even for less experienced modelers.
