Description of Tamiya paint for Lexan
These spray paints have been specially developed to decorate transparent polycarbonate bodies used in RC car modeling. Each bottle contains 100 ml of paint , which corresponds to the quantity needed to finish a complete model.
The paint on polycarbonate bodies is applied inside the bodywork unlike traditional plastic models. When spraying the product from the inside, keep the can about 30 cm from the surface. After curing, apply another coat if necessary. These paints are resistant to oil and fuels , so they can be used safely on both thermal and electric car bodies.
