Chassis
The new chassis includes multiple mounting positions for the rear transmission, allowing for standard or short adjustment to adapt handling to all conditions. The standard position improves stability in high traction conditions, while the short position increases rear traction on low traction surfaces.
Side Guards
The updated side guard design adds additional rear mounting points, increasing chassis rigidity for improved performance.
Suspension Arms
The reinforced front and rear suspension arms are much stronger and more reliable, reducing the risk of failure in the event of a crash. New steel satellite differentials improve efficiency and increase durability.
Shock
Towers
Redesigned front and rear shock towers lower the shock mounting positions to improve stability and increase cornering speed. Machined from high-quality graphite, they are lightweight and strong, offering multiple adjustment positions for the shocks and roll center.
Big Bore Shock Absorbers
New 13.2 mm big bore shock absorbers improve handling, landing, and shock absorption. X rings ensure smooth operation and dust resistance. The kit includes pistons of different thicknesses and blank pistons for custom tuning.
Body and Wing
The redesigned XT4 body features pre-marked post positions for previous and new versions. The new rear wing generates more traction, improves jump stability, and significantly increases durability.
I.S.S.™ Suspension Mounts
The mounts Front and rear suspension s fit HS cylinder heads and offer an expanded range of adjustments. They can be installed in an upward or downward orientation, providing additional positions for the roll center of the internal pivot pins.
Battery Mount
The quick-release, torsion-free battery mount allows for easy adjustment of the height of the retainers for more convenient battery installation. The system reduces the effect of the battery and mounts on chassis flex, making the XT4 more predictable and easier to drive.
Steering System
The double-arm steering system is simple but effective, with an easily adjustable integrated servo saver. Ackermann is quickly adjusted by changing the mounting positions of the steering link on the steering plate. Bump steer is adjusted for more aggressiveness by inserting a shim between the steering block and the steering linkage.
Drive Shafts
The front and rear drive shafts have been updated to match the width of the differential and the suspension geometry. Made from world-renowned HUDY Spring Steel™, they offer maximum efficiency and exceptional durability thanks to an exclusive hardening process.
