Traxxas really thought about the comfort of the modeler when designing the chassis of the Unlimites Desert Racer . The inverted tubular chassis is ultra-convenient for replacing batteries and easily accessing the motor. The center of gravity has been lowered to improve the car's performance and handling. Side protections have been installed on the roll cage to protect sensitive components against particle jets. Likewise, the front and rear bumpers have been reinforced to absorb shocks. The dedicated battery compartment is versatile and can accommodate 2x2s, 2x3s or 1x4S Lipo batteries. The connectors for the battery are integrated into the chassis. Finally, the bodywork is fixed directly to the chassis without having to use clips in order to easily access the electronic components and the cockpit.
The Traxxas VXL-6S drive is equipped with light indicators for temperature and voltage. The high-tech speed controller provides accurate, real-time telemetry information. The Traxxas Unlimites Deser Racer is powered by a 2200kv brushless motor . The 2075X digital servo provides powerful torque . Thanks to the waterproof protection of the servo, the car can face all weather conditions. As for the 2.4GHz TQI radio with waterproof case, it provides fast and precise information, essential to fully appreciate the immersive driving offered by the Unlimited Desert Racer.
