Since its release in 1999, the Wild Willy 2 has been a flagship model for Tamiya because it offers handling and a unique design . The Wild Willy 2 chassis is equipped with a pre-assembled gearbox. Lateral grab bars have been added to the chassis to increase overall rigidity and add even more realism to the Willy's recreational look.
The battery location is positioned at the rear of the chassis, providing the ideal balance to be able to pull up the vehicle . The steering servo is mounted in the center of the chassis and contains two equal length steering tie rods, which control left/right steering, ensuring high maneuverability . Oversized tires provide high traction and stability. Finally, the front bumper mounted on springs will absorb a large majority of shocks!
