The Scorcher, a popular 4x4 racing buggy from Tamiya's late 80s range, is back, with a new name and new bodywork! Made from durable polycarbonate and featuring a large rear spoiler, the bodywork takes heavy inspiration from the original Scorcher and can be decorated with minimal effort using the large stickers provided . It combines chassis handling with knobby tires for better grip on rough surfaces. This off-road veteran is back with new features to set your rivals on fire!
The TT-02B 4WD buggy chassis is easy to build and maintain . It is also very maneuverable with its independent long double wishbone suspensions on all 4 wheels as well as its CVA hydraulic shock absorbers. In addition, the suspension uprights and arms are the same on the right and left, which simplifies their assembly.
The front and rear 4-gear differentials are sealed to prevent dust from getting inside. The top can be removed by simply loosening four screws, making maintenance easier. Of course, this off-road chassis also includes a receiver housing and engine cover to protect them from dirt and debris thrown up from the trail.
