Here is an improved version of the famous 42305 shocks, the Tamiya TRF Big Bore Super Short Shocks (x4) 42353. This kit includes reinforced V parts, updated from 54871, the reinforced V parts for TRF shocks.
Install these shock absorbers to the chassis of your TAMIYA track car of choice for excellent grip on race track surfaces.

Tamiya TRF Big Bore Shock Absorbers (x4) 42353

  • The kit contains parts for four shock absorbers.
  • These shocks are 6.5mm shorter than the TRF Special Shocks (Item 42102) and with a 1.2mm wider cylinder interior, they are ideal for use on high grip, technical circuits, for ultra-responsive handling and excellent cornering speed.
  • Includes four blank pistons and 4-hole pistons for multiple configuration options.
  • Super soft black colored springs facilitate excellent performance.
  • The cylinders feature HL (HIGH LUBRICATION) coating, silicone O-rings, POM resin pistons, aluminum spring retainers and titanium coated piston rods.
  • The aluminum parts have a blue anodized finish.
  • V parts now use 5.8mm bullet ends compared to the previous 5mm. New designs and materials increase durability and extract even more performance.
  • Compatible with passenger cars configured for use with Super Short Big Bore Dampers (compatible shock mounts and Item 42344 are required).
