The Citroën 2CV is a true legend in the automotive world. Many versions were released during its more than 40 years of manufacturing, including the Charleston , which featured a stunning two-tone color scheme. The polycarbonate bodywork precisely captures the distinctive features of the 2CV, such as the front and rear fenders, the rounded hood, etc. Separate metal parts recreate the headlights, exterior mirrors and front bumper for stunning realism . Stickers are included. This superb body is mounted on the front-wheel drive M-05 chassis .
Metallic wheels are included. You can paint the rims the same color as the bodywork for a really eye-catching finish.
The side mirrors are also plated in metal, which gives the model great realism.
Applying a coat of clear varnish ( available separately here ) will add realism to the car.
Decals are included in the kit to add more detail to the bodywork.
The front-wheel drive M-05 chassis features a semi-monocoque resin structure that is lightweight, narrow, durable and easy to assemble. The gearbox, motor, battery pack, receiver, servo and variator are positioned to ensure optimal weight distribution and a low center of gravity . The 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension and 3-piece steering linkage provide excellent stability during high-speed cornering. In this kit, the chassis is configured with a wheelbase of 239mm .
