The Tamiya 40Ft Container Semi Trailer kit includes a semi-trailer and a meticulously detailed 40' container with markings from international freight company Maersk. A locking system similar to that seen in reality allows the container to be attached/detached from the trailer.

Presentation of the Tamiya 40Ft Container Semi Trailer

Freight containers are essential to modern logistics and are used to transport products and raw materials around the world. Tamiya is proud to add this 40ft container carrier to its 1/14 scale truck line.

The semi-trailer has an aluminum chassis with an ABS container. A sheet of Maersk stickers is provided to decorate the container. This can be detached from the semi-trailer after assembly. The chassis of the 3-axle semi-trailer is equipped with realistic suspensions. This semi-trailer can be connected to any Tamiya 1/14 tractor truck.
