The story of the Ultima began in 1986, when Kyosho launched its buggy 1/10 2WD electric model. The platform quickly established itself in the racing world, particularly thanks to its one-two-three finish at the 1987 World Championships in the United Kingdom. The Ultima Pro then debuted in 1988 with a double-deck architecture combining a flat aluminum chassis with an upper deck made of FRP.
This reissue retains this iconic design while incorporating the longer front arms and extended wheelbase of the 1989 version, to take advantage of a wider track and increased stability.
