THE T-28 Trojan 1.1m has quickly become a favorite among beginner and experienced pilots alike! It is like the Trojan T-28 used by the United States Navy from 1952 to 1984. The simplicity , durability and maneuverability of the model make it particularly popular with novice pilots. Additionally, its size allowed it to be flown in large parks and sports fields and easily transported without having to disassemble it . The famous T-28 has been updated and improved to be more powerful, more efficient and more fun to fly!
Improved with high visibility paint , the Eflite T-28 Trojan 1.1m reaffirms its status as an excellent aircraft for inexperienced pilots who have mastered a beginner model and are looking for their first sports or warbird aircraft . It also offers interesting performance for experienced pilots who enjoy high-speed aerobatics! With a 3S 1800-2200mAh LiPo battery (not included), its brushless power system and its pre-tuned motor, it provides significant thrust and speed for the less experienced. You can also install a 4S battery for more speed and unlimited performance (not included)!
Four servos and linkages are installed to perform loops, rolls, inverted flights, and more. The composite-reinforced EPO fuselage includes highly durable parts to support high speeds and advanced aerobatics , and for better durability in general. Final assembly is quick and easy and the wings can be removed for even easier transport and storage. Any traditional RC airfield with paved, dirt or grass surfaces makes a suitable flying site, and experienced pilots will even be able to fly in smaller spaces like large parks or sports fields.
The T-28 is inherently stable, but the BNF Basic version , equipped with a Spektrum AR631 receiver, offers intermediate and entry-level pilots the added benefits of AS3X and optional SAFE Select stabilization technologies. Better yet, the drive included with both versions is capable of providing real-time battery voltage, current, engine speed and other data via compatible receivers (including the AR631 included with the BNF Basic version) and transmitters equipped with Spektrum AirWare. And it all adds up to deliver enhanced sport flying capabilities , higher speed and higher energy aerobatic capabilities to deliver a complete flight experience!
