Chassis
The 5 mm CNC-machined aluminum chassis features a highly durable 4-link aluminum suspension system. The hydraulic shock absorbers with 5 mm piston rods provide a smooth and realistic response. The vehicle is equipped with MEDIUM-stiffness springs.
Gantry Axle
The portal axle not only provides greater ground clearance but also offers another advantage: it reduces the gear ratio at the wheels and virtually eliminates torque-related shocks for smooth operation.
Servo
The unique design of the hydraulic shock absorber, combined with a sealed digital steering servo rated at 20 kg (actuating force) and an aluminum servo arm, provides a steering angle of up to 43°.
Transmission
The YUCATAN Crawler features a 2-speed manual 4x4 drivetrain that lets you tackle rough terrain and quickly reach the next obstacle. Simply press a button on the remote control to switch from the standard 1/37.1 gear ratio (low speed) to the 1/15.1 gear ratio (high speed).
Lockable Differentials
Lock and unlock the front and rear differentials independently for maximum performance on the On-road—all controlled remotely via your radio and two built-in mini servos. Leave the differential unlocked for smooth high-speed driving. On technically challenging tracks, you can lock the front differential, the rear differential, or even both to handle extreme terrain.

Mais se qui m'a déranger avec mon modèle c'est que j'ai eu un châssis ou il manquait des trous taraudés pour y fixer les barres anti roulis fourni avec. Après avoir contacté absima j'ai reçu un châssis complet mais gros démontage pour un oubli de 4 trous taraudés."
