The C27FXR-L-1.5 is a more flexible alternative to the C27FXR-L upper plate, made from high-quality 1.5 mm carbon fiber. Its reduced thickness increases the chassis’s overall flexibility and significantly improves mid-corner rotation, particularly in slow, tight turns. This makes it an excellent choice for technical circuits where the car tends to understeer. On longer, faster tracks, it pairs perfectly with a stiffer chassis, such as the aluminum chassis included in the kit.
