The new shape of the lower chassis allows the car to dive and roll more without excessive friction on the track.
The new suspensions have an even lower center of gravity and allow independent adjustment of the damping level and suspension spring rate. They have 2 integrated modes: progressive damping and linear damping. They offer smoother operation at low speeds and improved damping at high speeds. The ball bearing added in the suspension shock absorber connection allows a notable reduction in shock absorber friction.
