TLR Tuned aluminum upgrades include the chassis plate, steering gear, adjustable upper and lower suspension mounts, shock bodies, and front and rear shock towers. All are laser engraved with the TLR Tuned logo . The chassis also features strong composite side reinforcements and front and rear reinforcements. Adjustable oil-filled shock absorbers feature machined tapered pistons.
The Arrma Typhon by TLR also features a robust drivetrain that withstands extreme shock, with all-metal differentials and gearbox internals and reinforced steel driveshafts. Its reinforced wheel hubs support low-drag wheels on which ARRMA® engineers mounted multi-terrain dBoots® Exabyte tires, race-compounded, for high-level grip. A Race Spec adjustable rear wing helps keep the tires and buggy on the ground, contributing to perfect control and responsive handling at high speeds . Maintenance downtime is kept to a minimum through efficient design .
