Not only does the gantry bridge provide greater ground clearance , but it also has another advantage: it reduces the gear ratio at the wheels and virtually eliminates torque shock for smooth operation .
The unique hydraulic shock absorber design combined with a 20 kg (acting force) waterproof digital steering servo with an aluminum servo arm provides a steering angle of up to 43° .
The YUCATAN Crawler has a 2-speed manual 4x4 transmission that allows you to overcome difficult terrain and quickly reach the next obstacle. Simply press a button on the remote control to switch from the standard 1/37.1 ratio (low speed) to 1/15.1 ratio (high speed).
Lock and unlock the front and rear differentials independently for maximum performance on the track - all controlled remotely with your radio and 2 built-in mini servos. Leave the differential unlocked for smooth driving at high speeds . On technically challenging tracks, you can lock the front differential , the rear differential, or even both to handle extreme terrain .
