Shipping and Delivery
Products are delivered to the shipping address you provided when placing your order. The shipment includes the ordered product(s), properly packaged, along with a detailed packing slip.
Average delivery times are 1 to 3 business days for France. The times indicated are averages and correspond to the processing and shipping times for products destined for metropolitan France. They are not binding deadlines. RC Team cannot be held liable for delivery delays or out-of-stock items.
SHIPPING
For all orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 p.m., shipping is processed the same day.
Shipping times may be delayed by several days during peak periods (sales, Christmas, lockdowns, 3-day weekends)
. If you choose the carrier Chronopost, same-day shipping is guaranteed for orders placed before 3:00 PM.

IMPORTANT
We recommend that the Buyer refuse any package that is damaged, opened, or soiled. If desired, the Buyer may inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery person before signing the delivery receipt.
If in doubt, it is advisable to refuse the package and report the incident to www.rcteam.com as soon as possible.
Once the package has been accepted and received, no claims may be filed with the carrier.
RC Team cannot be held liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The products remain the property of RC Team until full payment of the price has been received. This retention of title does not preclude the transfer of risk, which takes effect upon delivery of the products.
