Long-travel suspension and hydraulic shock absorbers easily absorb jumps over rough terrain . The unique chassis design provides enormous ground clearance for negotiating deep ruts, rocks and other obstacles . The tires provide incredible grip on off-road terrain and are versatile enough to perform well on concrete and asphalt as well.
The electronics are splashproof which gives you the freedom to drive wherever you want in (shallow) water, mud, snow or on wet ground, which would not have been possible before. This opens up a whole new world of adventure and fun. Muddy and wet tracks pose no problem for the Slash.
The modified Titan 12T 550 engine delivers incredible power , virtually maintenance-free operation and long-lasting performance. The Titan's built-in cooling fan draws in cold air to keep temperatures low. A cooler engine means higher speeds, longer run time and greater longevity.
The XL-5 dimmer offers high control, EZ-Set button and high frequency control. Once reserved for high-end ESCs, the XL-5 comes standard with three profiles, low voltage detection, thermal protection, gold-plated connectors, and incredibly low resistance.
The Traxxas Slash comes fully assembled and ready to use with the TQ radio system installed and tuned, XL-5 variator, 7-cell NiHM battery equipped with Power Cell iD, 4A USB fast charger , painted body and decorated, pre-glued tires and detailed instructions .
The Slash's sleek, aerodynamic bodywork is attached without clips for quick installation and removal.
